If you purchase any pets from Petshub you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with the following terms and condition.
Petshub is not giving warranty guarantee of life of any pets. Petshub is only liable of the pure breed. The puppy is purebred and a true pedigree will be provided to Buyer. The puppy may be or may not be registered with the KCI (Kennel Clubs Of India) The dog is guaranteed to be of good temperament at time of sale. Buyer will be given a completed copy of the Official Certificate of Veterinary Inspection and all vaccination records.
The dog is guaranteed to be in good health at time of delivery and 3 days thereafter. At the option and expense of Buyer the dog may be examined by a Veterinarian.
If the dog is found to be of unsatisfactory health, and written documentation of the condition is presented to the Seller within three [3] days following examination, the Seller will either replace the dog or refund the purchase price in full.
